- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sesame tahini (ground sesame seeds - can at store said Tahina)
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt/pepper/cayenne

Step 1
Combine beans, juice, tahini, and garlic in a food processor. While processor is on, slowly drizzle in olive oil until it is the consistency you want. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne according to taste.
