Ingredients

• 8 8oz jars
• STRAWBERRY
• CHEESECAKE BATTER
• 1 1/2 8-oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
• 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 Cup heavy cream
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 8 graham crackers ground (about 1 cup)
• 12 oz strawberries
• 1/2 cup strawberry jam
• ROCKY ROAD
• 8 graham crackers ground (about 1 cup)
• mini marshmallows
• chocolate chips
• 1 prepared chocolate pudding
• roasted peanuts
• CARAMEL BANANA PUDDING
• 8 graham crackers ground (about 1 cup)
• 2 bananas
• 1 prepared vanilla pudding
• caramel sauce
• whipped cream or cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

STRAWBERRY
Use electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add the heavy cream. Increase speed to high and beat until thick and stiff, about 2 min. Beat in the lemon juice. spoon graham cracker crumbs into jars. Top with cheesecake batter, strawberries and jam, alternating layers with cheesecake batter. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
