Ingredients
- 1 # flour (4 cups) cake flour sifted or sift regular flour
- 2 x's -minus 2T. if not cake flour
- 1 # butter
- 1 dozen eggs, separated (Jumbo) + 2 extra
- 1 #sugar (2 cups)
- 2 t. Lemon juice or vanilla
- 2 t. baking powder + dash

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar (2x's size and fluffy), egg yolks & vanilla
add baking powder to flour. Fold in by hand. Beat egg whites
stiff, fold in. Pour into greased pan (9x13). Sprinkle with
ground nuts & sugar mixture.
Cut moon (1/2 moon) shape.
350 25-30 min makes 45-50
