Ingredients
- 5 lbs lbs blue plums and cooked and collandered
- 4 lbs. of apples chopped
- 3 large onions
- 1 tablespoon of allspice
- 1 tablespoon of cloves
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- salt and pepper
- 4 lbs. brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 3 cup of vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine plum puree and remaining ingredients.
2. Cook uncovered stirring constantly until thickened.
3. Pour into sterilized jars.
