Ingredients

  • Mix-Dry:
  • Dough Mixture
  • Heat 2 cups milk to boiling point. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of water.
  • Total 7-8 cups flour. Put onl 4 cups flour in large bowl, add 2 tbsp. "fermapan" yeast, 1 tsp. salt. Mix.
  • Wet: Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup sugar, 6 tbsp oil. Add milk mixture. Mix and add this to the 4 cup flour mixture. Beat until gummy. Add 3-4 cups more flour. Let rise 1 hour.
  • Filling:
  • 2 1/2 cups pepperoni or salami
  • 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups mozza cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced (pre-cooked)
  • 2 cans mushrooms, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Prego sauce
