Saturday Morning Coffee Mug Cake

Want something warm, chocolatey and easy to make? Get out a big coffee mug and make this Coffee Mug Cake. It's easy-- the kids will be able to do it. And, the best part is, it's all mixed in one mug, so there is little clean-up!

Ingredients

• 4 tbs flour
• 4 tbs sugar
• 2 tbs cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tbs milk
• 3 tbs oil
• 3 tbs choc. chips
• 1 dash vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients together and mix well. Add egg and mix. Add milk and oil and mix. Add vanilla. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes

Caution: Put this in a BIG cup, if not it will rise over top and make a mess!
