  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Step 1

1. Combine cake mix, eggnog, eggs, butter and nutmeg and beat until moistened, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat on medium speed for 2 mins.

2. Pour into a greased and floured 12 cup fluted tube pan (one reviewer said big muffin cups was great). Bake at 350F for 40-45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins; invert on a wire rack. Remove pan and cool completely.
