Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can (7 ounces) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 potatoes, baked and sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheese
- 1 tea Garlic Powder
- 2 tea Beef Granuals
- 1 tea Onion Powder
- 1 tea Italian Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
•In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
longer pink; add onion and cook until tender, drain. Stir in tomatoes; set aside.
•Place half of the potatoes into a greased 13-in. x 9-in.
baking dish. Add half the meat mixture. Layer with remaining potatoes and meat. Top with cheese.
•Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Uncover; 10-15 minutes longer or cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
