- 1 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1 C. Shortening
- 6 Eggs
- 2 C. Flour
- 1/8 t. Lemon Extract

Step 1
Cream 1st three ingredients until fluffy. Add eggs alternately with flour. Beat until blended.
Pour in greased & floured Loaf Pan. BAKE 325 for 1 1/2 Hours.
Cool 10 minutes & remove from pan.
