  • 20 single soda crackers, crushed
  • 3 lg. egg whited, beaten stiff
  • 1 cup sugar folded into egg whites
  • 3/4 cup nuts
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. vanilla

Step 1

Mix all together and pour into buttered pan. Bake at 324F for 30 mins. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
