Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 ½-2 ¾ cups of icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter, incorporate the egg and sugar a little at a time.
2. Add vanilla.
3. Enough for a 2 layer cake

OTHERS:
Chocolate

1. Melt 2 unsweetened and cool.
2. Incorporate to the rich butter icing.

Orange

1. Omit the vanilla and add 1 tablespoon of orange juice and 1 tablespoon of orange zest. Add more sugar if necessary.

Moka

2. Use 3-3 ¼ cups of icing sugar and add 2 tablespoon of cocoa.
3. Add cold coffee, a little at a time until perfect consistency.

Coffee

1. Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the butter and cream.
2. Use only ½ teaspoon of vanilla.
