Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thin shaved ham
  • 16 oz. sliced bread with crust cut off & buttered
  • Cheese Mixture - 1 lb package of colby cheese
  • 6 beatten eggs
  • 3 cups mik
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard optional
  • Combine ingredients & set aside
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Place bread in a 13x9 pan over lapping slices. Cover with 1 lb. ham, pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle topping over mixture in the pan. Refrigerate over night. Remove 40 min. before baking. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour at 325º. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
