Ingredients
- 1 lb. thin shaved ham
- 16 oz. sliced bread with crust cut off & buttered
- Cheese Mixture - 1 lb package of colby cheese
- 6 beatten eggs
- 3 cups mik
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard optional
- Combine ingredients & set aside
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Place bread in a 13x9 pan over lapping slices. Cover with 1 lb. ham, pour cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle topping over mixture in the pan. Refrigerate over night. Remove 40 min. before baking. Bake 45 min. to 1 hour at 325º. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
