Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1-1/2 t. baking powder
- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 T. milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and quartered
- 1 lb. rhubarb, diced
- 1-3 oz pkg strawberry jello
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 T. flour
- Topping:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 T. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crust ingredients; pat into bottom and 1" up sides of 9" greased dish. Mix filling ingredients and spread over crust; add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
