Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1-1/2 t. baking powder
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • Filling:
  • 1 pint strawberries, stemmed and quartered
  • 1 lb. rhubarb, diced
  • 1-3 oz pkg strawberry jello
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 T. flour
  • Topping:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 T. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix crust ingredients; pat into bottom and 1" up sides of 9" greased dish. Mix filling ingredients and spread over crust; add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
