Ingredients
- 1 1 1 can (16 ounce) BUSH’S COCINA LATINA® Frijoles Charros Machacados
- 1 1 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, diced
- 1 1 1 tablespoon onion, diced
- 1 1 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon diced green chilies
- 1 1 1 tablespoon jalapeno, diced
- 8-12 6-inch 8-12 6-inch flour tortillas
- 2 2 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first eight ingredients in a bowl.
Spread two heaping spoonfuls of bean mixture on tortilla.
Top bean mixture with shredded cheese and another tortilla.
Repeat with remaining bean mixture & tortillas.
Cook in a 10-inch skillet or on a griddle until tortilla begins to brown & cheese is melted.
