  • 1 1 1 can (16 ounce) BUSH’S COCINA LATINA® Frijoles Charros Machacados
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon onion, diced
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon diced green chilies
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon jalapeno, diced
  • 8-12 6-inch 8-12 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 2 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first eight ingredients in a bowl.

Spread two heaping spoonfuls of bean mixture on tortilla.

Top bean mixture with shredded cheese and another tortilla.

Repeat with remaining bean mixture & tortillas.

Cook in a 10-inch skillet or on a griddle until tortilla begins to brown & cheese is melted.
