- 1 onion
- 10 eggs
- 3/4 cup seltzer
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt

Step 1
1 preheat oven to 500 degrees
2 grate potatoes and onion, add rest of ingredients
3 pour into a 9 by 13 pan
4 bake uncovered at 500 degrees for 1 hour
5 cover, put water in bottom of oven,bake at 250 degrees till need.
