Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 c each red and green pepper
- 1/2 pint pickled onions
- 1/4 pint gr. olives
- 1/4 lg. tin anchovies (in oil)
- 1 1/4 tin green beans
- 3/8 cup vinegar
- 1/2 pint dill pickles (sliced approx. 1/2" thick)
- 1/2 tin black olives
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 tin button mushrooms
- 1 1/4 tin ketchup
- 3/8 cup mazola oil
- 1 tiun tuna

Preparation
Step 1
Cook cauliflower 5 min. & set aside. In heavy kettle, add ketchup, salt & vinegar. Cut peppers, add to liquid and boil 5 min., add dills & drained onions, boil 5 min., add olives, tuna, mushrooms, anchovies & beans, boil 5 min. add cauliflower & boil 10 min. Pack in sterilized jars and process 120 min.
