Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 egg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hrs or more. Roll and cut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 8 minutes at 350.
