Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 8 ingredients together and place in a 3 quart casserole or in crock pot. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes. Put mixture on top of casserole last 20 minutes of baking time. Bake total of 1 hour at 350 degrees or on low for 4-5 hours.
