Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef brisket
- Garlic, minced
- 3 T. liquid smoke
- Salt & pepper
- Celery salt
- 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
- Onion, minced
- 6 oz. BBQ sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place brisket in roaster; pour liquid smoke over. Sprinkle with celery sail, onion and garlic. Cover and refrigerate overnight Salt and pepper; pour Worcestershire sauce over. Cover and bake in 250° oven for 5 minutes. Pour BBQ Sauce over, bake 1 hour, uncovered.
