Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Mochiko Rice Flour (sweet rice flour)
- 1 1/2 cups Warm Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Over low heat melt butter. Add flour to butter and stir in well. Saute mixture for 3-5 minutes. While stirring with a wire whisk, slowly add milk. Stir until smooth and continue cooking until thickened.
