Ingredients

• Brownie Mix, Homemade or boxed for 13 x 9 in pan
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 3 TBSP milk
• 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
• 1 TBSP light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Bake brownies according to recipe/box instrustioncs. Set aside and let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add in peanut butter and powder sugar. Beat until combined.
Add in milk. Mix well.
In a seperate bowl, beat 1 cup whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold cream into peanut butter mixture.
Spread over cooled brownies. Chill for 1 hour.
In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup whipping cream over medium heat just until boiling.
Turn off heat. Add chocolate pieces and corn syurp. Cover for 5 minutes.
Stir until smooth and spread over peanut butter mixture.
Chill for 1 hour before serving.
