- ¾ cup of maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 egg white (not whipped)

Step 1
1. Mix maple syrup, cream of tartar and sugar in a double boiler.
2. Place on hot water and add egg white.
3. With electric mixer, beat until desired consistency.
