Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound Flank or inside round marinating steak, or rouladen slices
- 4 oz. Light spreadable cream cheese
- 4 oz. Thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Spread l/2inch slices of meat with 1/4 inch cream cheese Sprinkle with green onions and pepper, Cover completely with smoked salmon roll up like jelly roll.
Tie tightly or hold together with metal skewers.
Barbeque over medium high heat ofr 30 to 40 minutes, turning about every 8 minutes
remove from grill place seam side down on cutting board and tent with
foil for 5 minutes.
Remove skewers and cut into slices
