Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 14 tsp. salt
- TOPPING
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chpped walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together well. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda adn salt. Stir to moisten. Put 1/2 batter into greased 10 inch angel food tube pan.
Topping: Mix sugar, cinnamon and walnuts together. Sprinkle 1/2 over batter in pan. Cover with second 1/2 batter. Sprinkle with second 1/2 nut mixture. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes until and inserted wooden pick comes out clean. Let stand for 20 minutes. Turn out of pan turning right side up.
