Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons(for the juice)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground sumac
- 2 garlic cloves
- pepper
- parsely
- 8 oz crumbled feta

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except chicken breast, together in a bowl. Transfer this marinade to a zip lock bag, add chicken. Marinate overnight. Grill with salt and pepper. Cut into strips and put on a serving platter. Serve with pitas, hummus, tabouli, chopped olives, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
