  • For 8-9" pie:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup pecans
  • pinch salt
  • reduce eggs to 3 and corn syrup to 1 cup

Step 1

Beat eggs. Stir in sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt; mix well. Stir in pecan halves or pieces. Pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, until center of filling is set.
