Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground fennel seed (start with whole seeds)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Best if you let it rest for 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking, but not necessary.
