Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground fennel seed (start with whole seeds)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Best if you let it rest for 12 hours in the refrigerator before cooking, but not necessary.
