Ingredients
- 1 cup finely crushed dry vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tblsp cocoa
- 3 tblsp cream
- 2 1/4 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tblsp Rum
- Icing sugar to coat rum balls

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cookie crumbs, walnuts, sugar & cocoa in a mixing bowl. Stir Well
Add Cream, corn syrup & flavorings to cookie crumb mixture. Mix Well.
Shape mixture in to 1" balls, wipe off hands occasionally to make shaping easier.
Roll balls in icing sugar. Store in tightly covered in refrigerator
Yield: About 2 1/2 dozen
