Ingredients
- 5 C. Flour
- 3 C. Shortening
- 1 C. Water
- 2 t. Salt
- 1/4 C. Flour (at end)

Step 1
Mix together, freeze extra. (all ingredients need to be cold (freezer for 30 minutes)
For pre-baked pie, BAKE 425° for 15 min.
(prick bottom, cover w/ foil & fill with beans, keeps from shrinking)
