  • 3 cups bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinn
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups grated apples
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 raisins
  • 2 tsp rum extract

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend. Do not over mix. Pour batter into one large greased and floured loaf pan. Or two small greased and floured load pans.
Bake large loaf at 375° 1 hr // 45min for small loaves.

Or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean
Cool completely before removing from pan
