Ingredients

• 1 cup - sugar
• 6 tsp. melted oleo
• (combine)
• add 2 eggs, beat.
• 1 1/2 cup - flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp. - salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• ( add alternately with milk)
• Fold in 1/2 cut nup meats (optional) (wtf?)
• Rind of 1 lemon or 1 tsp. lemon juice

Step 1

bake in greased pan

while bread is hot in pan, pour over a mixture of 3-4 tsp lemon juice (or juice of a lemon). 1/2 cup sugar. not real runny. can use real lemon juice
let cool before taking out of pan

I put the batter in 2 small pans. bake 350° 30 min
