- 1 RED PEPPER
- ONIONS
- 4 APPLES
- 1 BUNCH CELERY
- 1 CUCUMBER

Step 1
CUT UP ALL ABOVE AND COOK IN LARGE POT, AS WATER COMES UP TAKE (MOST) OFF, LEAVING JUST ENOUGH SO IT DOESN'T BURN,
** ADD SPICES ABOUT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE REMOVING FROM STOVE.
** WHOE SPICES IN BAG AND TIE, PUT IN LONG ENOUGHT TO FLAVOUR THROUGHOUT, ADD ABOUT 1 TEASPOON CURRY PWDER, MUSTARD SEED, CELERY SEED, PEPPER AND SLAT.
ADD A LITTLE VINEGAR (ABOUT 3/4 CUP)
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR - 1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR **** SWEETEN TO TASTE***
