Loved it!!! Great for leftovers!!!!...easy, easy, easy!!!!!!!!!
This was an easy way to use up all of those leftover mashed potatoes. My entire family enjoyed these.
This recipe was a nice twist to the leftover thanksgiving mashed potatoes. It was nice and easy and tasted yummy. The reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the one cup of parm cheese a bit much. It would of been better with half the amount. But still good.
