Ingredients
- 3 breasts of chicken cooked and boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. Helmsman's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. toasted almond
- 1 c. diced celery (simmer or saute)
- 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- juice of lemon or 3 T. of real lemon
- 2 large hard cooked eggs
- crushed potato chips to cover

Mix all ingredients, cover with crushed potato chips. Bake for 20 min. at 400 deg.
