  • 1/4 CUP POPPY SEEDS
  • 1/4 CUP MILK
  • 1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1 - 3 oz package instant banana pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Spice Mixture
  • 1 TBS cocoa
  • 1 TBS cinnamon
  • 1 TBS white sugar
  • Glaze
  • 3 TBS Lemon juice
  • 6 TSB white sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak poppy seeds in milk overnight - store in fridge.
2. Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water.
3. Add poppy seed mixture.
4. Grease and rub flour bundt pan
5. Pour in a layer of cake mixture and sprinkle with spice mixture, repeating the layers untill all is used.
6. Preheat oven at 350 - Bake for 1 hour.
7. Turn cake out and, while still warm, drizzle lemon juice and sugar glaze mixture over cake
