Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg. Lemon gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbs. Horseradish
- 2 tbs. Grated onion
- 1 16 oz can beets with juice
- 1 cup grated cucumber, optional

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add all other ingredients stirring gently, place in and congeal.
