Beet Salad

Ingredients

• 16 oz pkg. Lemon gelatin
• 2 cups hot water
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 tbs. Horseradish
• 2 tbs. Grated onion
• 1 16 oz can beets with juice
• 1 cup grated cucumber, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add all other ingredients stirring gently, place in and congeal.
