- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/3 cup sake (rice wine)
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced or 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp celery, minced
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
