Ingredients
- 2 6 oz. cans frozen OJ concentrate, thawed
- 1 6 oz. can frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
- 1 pint light rum-*you may substitute water for a total of 4 cups
- 2 c. water
- 1 quart lemon or pineapple sherbert
- 1 28 oz. bottle gingerale, chilled

Step 1
Advance prep:
Combine concentrates, rum and water; cover and chill
Before serving:
Pour juice mixture into punch bowl.
Slowly pour gingerale down side of bowl.
Stir with and up and down motion.
Scoop sherbert into punch
