CHINESE BARBEQUE PORK

Ingredients

  • 11/2 pounds of pork loin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fivespice powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Marin
  • 1 tablespoon of Hosin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Thi Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sause
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sause
  • 2 cloves of garlic-minced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingrediants together in a ziplock bag. Place porkFamily in bag and chill overnight. Rotate often. Heat oven to 350 degrees and cook pork for 1 hour. allow to cool compleaty and then slice thinly. Dip in dipping sauce of your choice.
