Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 1/2 cups powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
For cake: Melt butter in water. Bring to boil. Stir dry dry ingredients together. Add to water mixture. Add sour cream and almond extract. Beat eggs and add to cake mix.
Pour batter into greased 15x10 jelly roll pan. bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until tests done. Ice cake while warm.
For Frosting: Bring butter and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar and extract. Mix well. Fold in walnuts and frost cake while warm.
