Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 ounces beer (I used Schlafly's Pumpkin Ale)
- 6 ounces heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Thoroughly combine cream, pumpkin puree and beer; add in beaten eggs.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Fill pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F then lower temperature to 350°F and bake an additional 40 minutes or until the pie is only slightly jiggly.
