- 48 whole wonton wrappers
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken
- 12 oz, weight Heluva Good! Jalapeno Cheddar Dip
- 1/3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray two 12-count muffin tins with cooking spray.
Place two wonton wrappers in each muffin tin, one slightly overlapping the other to cover the bottom and sides of each well.
In a small bowl, mix the chicken and dip until combined. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture into the assembled wonton wrapper cups.
Next, sprinkle a little bit of cheddar cheese over each cup.
Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are lightly browned and the cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves as desired.
