Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter (or margarine), softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups sour cream
- FILLING MIXTURE:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat oven for 350 degrees F.
2.) In a medium bowl 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon and 1 cup walnuts; set aside.
3.) In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.
4.) In a large bowl attached to a mixer cream together sugar, brown sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vanilla. On a slower speed, simultaneously add a little bit of flour and then a little of the sour cream and keep repeating until it all in the mixer; beat until smooth.
5.) Using a cooking spray, spray two Bundt pans and then spoon in half the batter. Sprinkle filling mixture evenly over batter; then spoon in rest of the batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
