Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup stale beer
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until a thin batter is formed, with no lumps. Coat fish in flour and then dip in batter for frying in 365 degree oil.
