- 3 lbs corned beef brisket
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 head of cabbage, cut into small wedges
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 cup water

Step 1
1. Combine ingredients in cooker, with cabbage on top. Cut meat in pieces if necessary to fit in cooker.
2. Cook on low 10-12 hours, or on high 6-7 hours
