Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350*
In a large bowl cream together butter, sugars, and cocoa powder until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time. Gradually add in salt, baking soda, corn starch, and flour until well combined. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Step 2
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 7 minutes. Allow to sit for 2 minutes on the baking sheet before moving to racks to cool.. Store at room temperature in a sealed container.
