Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken (cutlets, breasts, tenders etC..)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large baking dish, whisk together all ingredients. Ass the chicken, turn several times to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes or several hours in the fridge. Grill chicken until browned and cooked through. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
