Ingredients
- Puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 C. powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out puff pastry. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush egg on border of puff pastry and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until golden and puffed about 18-22 minutes. Flatten center and cool at room temperature for 20 minutes. While cooling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add heavy cream, lemon zest and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of cooled puff pastry. Top with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
