  • 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins White Wine
  • Worcestershire
  • 3 Tb. honey

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse chicken well and pat dry. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine Lea & Perrins White Wine Worcestershire and honey. Coat chicken with mixture and bake 35-40 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is golden. Serves 4
